11 Months

I'm a week behind in writing this post, but better late than never I suppose....  Our sweet little baby is 11 months old.  In less than 1 short month he will be a YEAR old.  Someone pinch me!

It seems that Campbell has turned into a toddler right before my very eyes.  People say boys are busy, and they're not kidding.  This boy is BUSY.  He's into everything.  And he's WALKING!  He started really walking last weekend, so right before he turned 11 months. He walks with his arms straight out (to keep his balance) so we like to call him Frankenstein! :)

He also likes to wave hello and goodbye as evidenced by the photo above.  How could anyone not wave back to that little cutie?!

A special thanks to Campbell's nanny Mer for taking these photos on a warm December day!

Campbell's hair has really grown.  Mommy gave him a mohawk in the bath one night and C didn't seem to mind.  He still loves bath time.  I love it too.

Campbell is such a big boy that he stopped drinking from bottles and switched to sippy cups last weekend.  He is eating more and more food from Mommy and Daddy's plate and much prefers table food to the Gerber mush.  He has made his preferences known! :)

When I think back on the past 11 months I am so overwhelmed with joy.  Sure there have been ups and downs, but I cannot believe how amazing motherhood is.  I thank God for blessing us with Campbell.  He has changed my outlook on so many things in life and strengthened my faith in ways I didn't realize were possible.

Campbell - I love you to the moon and back.  I cannot wait to celebrate every milestone, holiday and special occasion in your life.  I am so excited to celebrate your first Christmas next week and first birthday next month!  Love always, Mommy
